Year 31 at Field of Screams in Lancaster, PA!
It’s the weekend after Labor Day, and you know what that means - haunt season is upon us at last! Field of Screams in Lancaster, Pennsylvania (Mountville) opened its doors this year for its 31st season, and we were honored to be media guests during opening weekend. Field always puts on an incredible show no matter what the event or the occasion, but 2023 brought a number of particularly exciting updates to the property, including a re-imagined introductory scene for the Frightmare Asylum attraction, an entirely new scene for the world-famous Haunted Hayride attraction and - perhaps best of all - a brand new ‘Chainsaw Bar’ experience for guests 21+, featuring specialty cocktails such as the ‘blood bag’ in addition to the usual assortment of beers and wines! We were given special permissions to film inside the attractions, so you can check out our vlog from 2023’s opening weekend below to get a little taste of everything spooky, scary and seasonally sinister at our home haunt this year!
