Our Boxing Day Experience at Disneyland!
Everyone knows that holidays, particularly Christmas Day, can be very popular and crowded days to visit any Disney park. But what about the day after Christmas? After leaving the beauty of the Hawaiian Islands behind us on Christmas Day, we decided to spend Boxing Day at the Happiest Place on Earth. The holiday season is still in full swing after all, so we planned out a seasonal snack crawl and were determined to experience every holiday ride overlay and seasonal show. With the help of Genie+ (which did NOT sell out on Boxing Day) we managed to knock out our ride wish list including Haunted Mansion Holiday, “its a small world” Holiday, Mater’s Jingle Jamboree and MORE! Katie was thrilled to complete a Disneyland holiday snack crawl featuring fan favorites such as the Holiday Green Alien Macaron and Galactic Grill’s Christmas Punch. We wrapped up a very full and fun day with our very first dining experience at the Lamplight Lounge in DCA and of course had prime seating for World of Color: Season of Light. We were honestly so pleased with the crowd level and how much we managed to accomplish our the first day of our Disneyland holiday trip.
