Dark Nights Return to Hersheypark!
In the fall of 2022, Hersheypark opened the door to a darker experience for guests of the appropriate age - and no, we’re not talking about dark chocolate! The park’s inaugural ‘Dark Nights’ event last year had some growing pains, to be sure, but the level of effort was globally appreciated and guests of the park were all but immediately captivated by the immersive haunted houses that Hershey had erected to appeal to a more spooky-centric audience. It should be no surprise to anyone that Dark Nights returned for a fresh year of spooks and scares on property in 2023, bringing with it a series of exciting new perks and experiences. Together with our friend Kaylee from Fantasmic Travel, we set out to explore and experience everything that Dark Nights had to offer for its second annual event - and we were stunned by how much had changed for the better since the prior year! Join us for an all-new character dining experience called ‘RIP Dinner Buffet: Meat the Monsters’, a host of new and incredible scare zones featuring pyrotechnics, smoke bubbles and incredible scare actors and even a brand-new haunted house experience in the form of Auntie Mortem’s Abattoir!
