We recently visited a golf and culinary resort in Hamburg, NJ called Crystal Springs Resort. Between the food, the pool and the spa, we were able to totally relax and enjoy a life of luxury for four days and three nights during our long weekend at the Grand Cascades Lodge on property. When we chose to make a lunch reservation at the San Angel Inn Restaurante at the Mexico pavilion in EPCOT, we had no idea that it was such a controversial choice! Lucky for us, we got to go in unbiased and enjoy an authentic Mexican meal at one of the few tables positioned right next to the water.
At between $25-$40 per person, it’s not a cheap eat if you’re interested in delectable cuisine, nor is it an ideal spot to grab a quick, hurried bite and get back to the park. But the ‘Rainforest Cafe’ is a great experience that is worth making time for if you or your little ones are at all tickled by animatronics, dark ride effects, water features or extravagant theming, and can carve out the time to appreciate all of the above while you eat!
