Our First and Last Dinner at 'The Wave...of American Flavors'

When we heard that ‘The Wave…of American Flavors’, a fan-favorite restaurant at Disney’s Contemporary Resort outside the Magic Kingdom, was closing down for a refurbishment, we thought nothing of it. But when we heard through the grapevine that the experience might be drastically different upon reopening, it suddenly became a priority to visit this quaint little dinner spot during our most recent trip - we had to try the famous ‘Bacon and Eggs’ appetizer and the outrageously decadent chocolate cake for ourselves, just in case they vanished forever!
