Phoenix Phall Phunfest 2021, Hallo-fun Nights, and a New Coaster Credit!
To round out the spooky season, we returned to one of our favorite local parks, the ever so charming Knoebels Amusement Resort. We were joined by fellow adventurers Chad and Venessa from the channel Two Tickets to Adventure, who invited us as their guests for Phoenix Phall Phunfest. Chad and Venessa are members of the American Coaster Enthusiasts (ACE) organization, which hosts several events at various theme parks throughout the year featuring exclusive ride times, behind the scenes experiences, complimentary food, and more! This event also happened to coincide with the opening weekend of Knoebels Hallo-fun Nights, and we were not prepared for the incredible Halloween displays and ride overlays.
Flying Turns is a one-of-a-kind trackless coaster attraction built from the ground up by the Knoebel’s family and staff.
We also acquired our most elusive coaster credit to date, a ride on Knoebels’ very own Flying Turns! This wooden bobsled coaster is unique to Knoebels and was not in operation for any of our previous visits to the park due to scheduled maintenance and staffing issues. However, as part of the Phoenix Phall Phunfest itinerary, we got to give it a go during our exclusive ride time.
